How long does it take for an item to arrive after it’s been shipped?
Product purchases in North America from our website ship within 1-2 days from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio, using trusted ground courier operators. No signatures are required for delivery.
All prices include shipping within the Continental United States and Canada (Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is NOT included.)
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO box.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Our products are shipped with either FedEx Ground or UPS. Some vendors may arrange for an LTL freight company to deliver your order. In most cases, products are delivered with FedEx or UPS.
Do you ship overseas?
For shipping outside the Continental United States and Canada we recommend contacting a freight forwarding company (i.e Shipito) to facilitate your order. We do not ship direct, internationally. Our customer service team is available at hello@wearevita.com to answer any questions.

This products comes with a 20 year warranty for the pergola and 5 year warranty on the louver assembly.

We love our new pergola. We purchased the Bristol Grande in July 2019. I've got to say, it came in a whole lot of boxes. It would be nice if a packing slip was at least emailed to the buyer. It would make finding the part you need a whole lot easier. Also, we purchased the extension kit to make our pergola one foot taller. One important thing that is not noted anywhere is: do NOT install the shims prior to installing the extension kit. I had to remove all 48 shims to complete the install. I was not happy about this. Last thing I found, the on line instructions differed from the shipped instructions in regards to the parts list. Somebody needs to get this problem resolved. It was quite frustrating for me. All this being said, I have absolutely no regrets in buying from New England Arbors. Their customer support is fantastic. Because of their support, is it is very easy to get past the few problems that I found. I am not a construction guy or young. At 60 years old and working in 100 degree weather, my temper was short. I tend to over think the assembly of the pergola and got quite flustered at times. Each time I thought I had encountered a problem, I picked up the phone and called. Never once was there a rude or "short" person answering the phone at New England Arbors. Each person I spoke with was knowledgeable in their products, as well as empathetic. I found a broken part, no problem, no hassles. It was shipped out that day. Ultimately, this pergola is more than exactly what I was looking for. The louvers are an awesome plus. I was going to have a pergola built, that was to be the same size as I purchased. The contractor wanted $12,000. That was supposedly with a first responder discount. I can't tell you enough how happy I am with New England Arbors. Thank you!
