Customer Reviews
LOVE LOVE LOVE
I built a small deck off my screen porch so that I could place my triangle pergola from Vita. I cannot express how much I love it! It is unique and creates a reflection spot for me. I am putting a cedar glider under it and hanging some plants off it. I have also installed two Vita arbors in the front garden of my home. To say I am a Vita fan is putting it lightly!
Excellent Customer service!
I ordered these and had some trouble with them actually making it to me. :( Vita was more than willing to assist me with this! Great, quick customer service with this issue! I can't give a review of the quality of the product, but I will let you know the Customer service is outstanding! Thank you for a flawless order! :)

Very sturdy made. Fast shipping but a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Have not installed yet but think they will be fine.
Great quality
Excellent craftsmanship
The whole pergola itself went together amazingly well. And is sturdy. The brackets that are recommended for mounting the pergola to the deck and or concrete are a lot more beefy then the 4"X4" ones you'll find at the big box stores. And they are a nice tight fit to the 4"X4". Highly recommend the pergola and the brackets.
Did NOT fit 4x4 post as advertised
Well made brackets, BUT there are several issues regarding fit. First of all, a treated 4x4 post is a VERY tight fit-in fact I have had to remove small amounts of wood in order to get them into the bracket completely. Secondly, the fit of the bracket into the vinyl post is impossibly tight. In order to make these work I will have to hand fit each post by removing material and beveling edges in the hope that I will be able to (somehow) get these to fit. Had I known these issues ahead of time I would have tried a different setup, but the cement is poured and my options are few. I have had my own construction company in the past so I know my way around building and construction. I was reluctant go with a vinyl product and my concerns about vinyl's adaptability have been confirmed. Be cautious of vinyl's limitations and DO NOT waste your time with these brackets
