How long does it take for an item to arrive after it’s been shipped?
Product purchases in North America from our website ship within 1-2 days from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio, using trusted ground courier operators. No signatures are required for delivery.
All prices include shipping within the Continental United States and Canada (Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is NOT included.)
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a PO box.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Our products are shipped with either FedEx Ground or UPS. Some vendors may arrange for an LTL freight company to deliver your order. In most cases, products are delivered with FedEx or UPS.
Do you ship overseas?
For shipping outside the Continental United States and Canada we recommend contacting a freight forwarding company (i.e Shipito) to facilitate your order. We do not ship direct, internationally. Our customer service team is available at hello@wearevita.com to answer any questions.
How many boxes will my product arrive in?
The amount of boxes varies according to product. Please check ‘specifications’ on your products page for exact information.
This product comes with a 2 year warranty against material defects. Warranty is only valid on items purchased through Vita or authorized Vita retailers. Vita cannot guarantee products purchased secondhand or through a re-seller. Proof of purchase may be required.

Best Customer Service!
Sam was especially helpful in my search for replacement covers for my New England Arbors pergola. I was unaware that Vita had taken that company over. After we identified what I needed, I placed my order and had my covers the next day. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size covers, but Sam sorted that out for me and had the correct covers ordered and delivered just as quickly as the first set. Stuff happens, and it was no more than a minor inconvenience. Sam was very attentive and great to work with throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company for their great service!!
12 X 12 PERGOLA SHADES
We have had our pergola 5 years and the shades this spring were just starting to crumble. Wish there was another shade option. We need a shade that would hand down across the front of the pergola. Can you attach roller shades by drilling into the pergola to install brackets ?
Love the pergola but wish the shades and Velcro would last
We love our Valencia 12x16 pergola and the shades we bought with it were amazing but now I know why the shades have a 2year warranty, by year 3 the Velcro just stops working and the shades start to disintegrate. Still debating on if we should get a replacement or try another brand
Weaves
I loved them but we are on year 3 with ours and the Velcro is coming loose and I can’t figure out how to get rid of the discoloration. If anyone knows how please let me know because I love these.
Pergola and canvas weave
Love it all!! Absolutely gorgeous
Unable to clean
We are on our second set of canvas shades. The first set was an off white tint and started to look horrible after the second year. I really liked the shade it provided so I bought a second set as a replacement. This set is a grayish color which I was excited about cause I thought it would hide the discoloration better. I was wrong. There is a darker gray and even black discoloration that I thought I could clean off. After trying several different cleaning solutions, power washer and scrub brushes it still looks awful. If anyone has any other suggestions cause we do like them but I do t want them to look filthy as soon as we put them up in the spring.
Love my canvas shade
I ordered a 10x10 canvas shade, the same size as my pergola. Shade is about a rail size shorter than the pergola if in stalled according to instructions you will need the next size up! To compensate we looped ever rail that will make it one short, then alternate each one. Overall it may not be perfect,but it works!
Badly discolored
We purchased these items March 29, 2020. We put them up only in the summer months and take them down for the other seasons. We have tried to pressure wash them to clean them up, but that did not help. They are nearly orange in color now. These were expensive and had they been easy to clean, they would have been worth the price. I have not had any trouble with the velcro fasteners, only discoloration. We also wish we could order in different colors.
Fasteners wear out
We have had our Pergola for three years, and we bought the Canvas, the Velcro has come off both ends that is needed to fasten it. You can't get it clean, we take it down every year and try to get it cleaned, we even tried lightly pressure washing it, it will not come clean, now we have to go and buy new Velcro and sew it on the sails. The cost of this you would think they would make a better way to fasten it and that it doesn't rot.
