How long does it take for an item to arrive after it’s been shipped?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Akron, Ohio. Once shipped, delivery generally takes 3–5 business days. Please allow up to 7 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.
Shipping is included in all listed product prices for orders delivered within the Continental United States.

We cannot ship to PO boxes. No signature is required upon delivery.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Most orders are delivered by FedEx Ground or UPS. Some vendors may arrange delivery through an LTL freight carrier, depending on the product and shipment size.

Classic Vinyl products come with a 20-year limited warranty against material defects. Warranty is only valid on items purchased through Vita or authorized Vita retailers. Vita cannot guarantee products purchased secondhand or through a re-seller. Proof of purchase may be required.
Can I install my lamp post over an existing lamp post?
Our lamp posts require a solid post with a 90-degree angle to securely install it. A round post will not support our installation properly. Our installation guide calls for a pressure treated wood 4x4
Does the lamp post have space for a wire to run through it?
Our lamp posts are designed with allowance space for wiring.
What kind of lamp fixture will fit on my lamp post?
Our lamp posts are designed with a 3” universal collar that will fit any lamp fixture with a 3” fastener.

What kind of post do I need for the 4x4 EZ Mount Lamppost?
Our 4x4 EZ Mount Lamp post comes with our EZ Mount system which allows for easy installation. This can be hammered into the ground to take the place of any pressure treated wood. 4X4 EZ MOUNT LAMP POST COMPATIBLE ONLY*

VINYL: Vinyl products come with a 20 year warranty against material defects.
COMPOSITE: Composite products come with a 10 Year warranty against material defects.
WOOD: Wood products come with a 1 year warranty against material defects.
What is the difference between a 1-piece and 2-piece lamp post assembly?
The only difference between the 1-piece and 2-piece styles is the assembly. Structural integrity and durability are not affected by the different assemblies.
