Whether you're a fan of fancy cocktails, refreshing mocktails, or jazzing up your water with something special, these floral ice cubes add the perfect touch. They're super easy to make, requiring only two simple ingredients and a bit of patience, but the end result is totally worth the wait!

Now, you might be wondering, "which flowers can I actually eat?". Here’s a list of some of our favourite options:

Step 1: Fill ice cube tray or mold halfway with water and add your flowers to the tray . If needed, separate petals from larger flowers to help them fit. Allow time to freeze, which usually takes around 6 hours, depending on your freezer.

TIP: If you have cloudy water, boil the water first to get super clear ice cubes!

Step 2: Once frozen, take the ice cubes out of the freezer and fill the rest of the tray up with cold water. Freeze it again until they’re completely solid, again about 6 hours.
